1. Services Provided
LMR Construction provides residential and light commercial construction services, including but not limited to:
Drywall installation, finishing, and repair
Interior and exterior painting
Concrete pouring and finishing
Remodeling and home updates
Exterior improvements
Framing and carpentry
All services are subject to availability and approval after evaluating project conditions.
2. Estimates & Quotes
All estimates are free unless otherwise stated.
Estimates provided online are not final pricing.
Actual costs may change based on inspection, material changes, or unforeseen conditions.
Written estimates are valid for 30 days.
No work begins until a written agreement or service contract is signed.
3. Deposits & Payments
Some projects may require a deposit before materials are ordered or work begins.
Payment terms will be stated on the invoice or service agreement.
Final payment is due upon project completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, Zelle, or other methods listed on your invoice.
Failure to pay may result in work stoppage, late fees, or legal collection.
4. Scheduling & Timelines
Project start and completion dates are estimated, not guaranteed.
Weather, material delays, inspection requirements, or site conditions may affect timelines.
Any significant changes will be communicated to the client.
5. Changes in Scope of Work
Changes requested after work begins (materials, additional work, modifications, etc.) may increase cost or extend timelines.
All changes require client approval before the work is performed.
LMR Construction reserves the right to modify pricing for agreed-upon changes.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide safe access to the property
Keep pets and children away from work areas
Remove fragile or valuable items from the workspace
Communicate concerns promptly
Ensure someone with decision authority is available when needed
LMR Construction is not responsible for damage to items left in active work zones.
7. Worksite Safety
Our team follows standard construction safety practices.
Work may be paused if conditions are unsafe.
Clients must not enter active construction areas without permission.
8. Photos, Videos & Marketing (Updated Section)
LMR Construction documents project progress and final results using before-and-after photos and videos taken by our team.
These may be used for:
Website gallery
Social media
Online marketing
Portfolios
Advertising
Estimate examples
We also use royalty-free, copyright-free stock images for design or illustrative purposes on our website.
Stock images do not represent actual client properties unless clearly labeled.
Clients may request that images of their project NOT be used publicly by sending a written request before work begins.
LMR Construction will never publish personal client information, home addresses, or identifying details.
9. Materials & Warranty
Material options depend on customer selection and availability.
Manufacturer warranties apply to their respective products.
Workmanship warranty details will be provided in the service contract.
Damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or unrelated contractors is not covered.
10. Cancellations
Clients may cancel before work begins without penalty.
If materials have been purchased or labor performed, cancellation fees may apply.
LMR Construction may cancel or reschedule due to safety issues, nonpayment, or lack of communication.
11. Website Content & Use
All text, images, logos, and content on this website belong to LMR Construction unless stated otherwise.
Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
Website content is provided “as is” and may contain unintentional errors or outdated information.
12. Limitation of Liability
LMR Construction is not liable for:
Delays outside of our control
Pre-existing structural problems
Damage caused by third parties
Loss of income or indirect damages
Client misuse of the property or construction area
Total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the contracted project.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
